A: It's dpending on factors,for example if need to develop toolings and mouds,we normally need 30days to 50days to make samples for approval before mass production,then we will need about 25-50days for mass production after samples being approved

A: Yes, our experienced design and engineering team can provide support and guidance throughout the development process.
Q: Will the OEM products be sold to the third party?
A: We will never sell our customer's products to the third party without authorization. Confidentiality agreement is welcomed to put our customer's benefit at first.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: Free sample is available. But the freight cost should be paid by our customer.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: One year warranty after the shipment under correct use. To send replacement or refund in the following shipment.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as downpayment, and 70% against B/L copy or LC at sight. The photos of the goods and finished packages will be sent to customer before the balance payment is arranged.
